The current coronavirus outbreak has upended nearly all businesses, including the comic book industry. Stores have been closed and even new physical and digital comics are not being released by the major publishers. To help fans get through the crisis, free Marvel Comics collections are now being offered digitally via Amazon’s Comixology service.
The free Marvel comics cover major character arcs for Spider-Man, Captain America, the X-Men and more. You can also read some major story arcs, from classic 1970s stories like the Kree/Skrull War to more recent epic crossover events, including Civil War and Avengers vs X-Men. They are available for anyone with a free Comixology account.
In addition, there’s a special offer for the Comixology Unlimited service, which lets people access thousands of comics for $5.99 a month. Comixology Unlimited has extended its free trial offer for new users. Those users can now access the service for free for 60 days instead of the usual 30 day trial period. You can sign up at the link below:
Here are the free Marvel Comics collections that are currently available on Comixology. They will be available for the price of zero until May 4:

Which one of these free Marvel Comics collections will you be reading first while you are stuck at home? Personally, we would start with Civil War, as that’s the basis for one of the best Marvel Cinematic Universe movies, Captain America: Civil War. You can stream that movie and many more now on Disney Plus.
