Welcome to the OnePlus Nord update hub. Here you’ll find the latest information on updates to the original Nord. We’ll detail the current software versions for the device and alert you if there’s a new update rolling out. OnePlus usually pushes out Oxygen OS updates to the OnePlus Nord regularly, but availability may be affected by variant, carrier, and region.

Latest OnePlus Nord updates

July 10, 2021: Oxygen OS 11.1.4.4 is bringing further fixes to the OnePlus Nord this month. OnePlus is largely focused on system tweaks this time, touching on power usage, notifications, and device overheating. Also included in this patch is the June 2021 Android security patch

As always, this update will be rolled out via OTA incrementally. Don’t be too concerned if you haven’t yet received it. To check if an update is available, head to Settings > System > System updates on your device.

Previous OnePlus Nord updates

  • May 27, 2021: Oxygen OS 11.1.1.3 is rolled out to the OnePlus Nord. The patch brought several fixes to system processes, the Camera app, and File Manager. It also included the May 2021 Android security patch.
  • April 27, 2021: Oxygen OS open beta 5 rolled out with camera fixes, network connectivity improvements, and fixes for general bugs included.
  • March 15, 2021: The OnePlus Nord gained Oxygen OS 11.1.1.1, which served as a hotfix to squash bugs in the original Android 11 release.
  • March 1, 2021: The first stable Android 11 build for the OnePlus Nord arrived at the beginning of March. It brought a lengthy changelog, with UI tweaks, Ambient Display and Dark Mode improvements, and new additions to the Gallery.
  • February 23, 2021: The last stable Oxygen OS 10 build, numbered 10.5.11, brought a brief changelog with the January 2021 Android security patch.
  • December 28, 2020: Oxygen OS 10.5.10 arrived ahead of a slew of Android 11 beta builds. It brought the December 2020 security patch and the addition of the OnePlus Store in India.
